Too many days out of UK with in the same year

Hi Guys,
First of all my absences won't go over 180 but I had to go home for 4 weeks in 2011 August then I had to go back again for another 4 weeks in October because my dad passed away. Even though I didn't have any holidays left for the second trip company paid me any way (yes for whole 4 weeks) .
So question is will it be a problem because I was way from UK more than my annual leave?
