Friends,

I am on Work Permit visa in UK and my ILR is due in March 2013. My wife was granted Work Permit dependent visa in December 2011 and she will complete 16 months in UK when I will apply for ILR.
My question is "Does she need to complete 2 years residence in UK before ILR application or she can apply straightawaywith me for ILR?"
