ILR - Anything missed out or needs special attention?

Hi,

I came to UK in Feb 2008 (first day of my eligibility of my HSMP Visa) working with the same employer for 5 years and required to go for ILR in Feb 2013. In August, 2008 wife and Child came to UK. In 2010, June, we got a second child. Wife and first child should be out of India in the last 5 years for around 180 (but they never touched 90 days in a single stretch). Me wife and kids staying in the same house for the past five years? We do have the bank statements, water / electricity bills and council tax letters on our names. My salary is also sufficient to get the full points? Me and and my wife has passed LIUK test in the first attempt. (I believe no need of ESOL for us). It looks a straight forward case, but, not sure if I am still missing anything? Please let me know if I can use SET (o) form and include all the dependants in the single application.

I would much appreciated if you please let me know if I need to look into specially?

Thanks in advance for your advise.

Kind Regards,

Hi mynewid,

Your package looks good to me... I don't think you are missing anything (except the photos, which I am sure you should be taking when you are about to apply).

Regarding the 90 days (out of country) - It applies to the primary applicant not to the dependents.

Thank you very much. I am little worried about 180 days for my dependant. Much appreciated your reply.
