Quick questin regarding long residence ILR

Hi All,
Quick question regarding the continous long residence.
inital entry to uk 10/09/2002
student until 28/8/2008
25/8/2008 gone back home.
Came in again on 14/09/2008 as Tier 1 dependent.
I hope my continous residence didn't break for 10 years.
Satisty all the other criteria like no long absences etc..
Advice me please. It is due and i am in the process of applying.
