Inside of Set O form (page 2) wrote:
WHO MAY APPLY WITH YOU?
You may include your spouse, civil partner, unmarried or same-sex partner and/or children under the age of 18 if they are applying as your
dependants. However, they must pay the full specified fee if they apply separately. Children aged 18 or over may not be included. They must
apply individually and pay the specified fee in each case.
Page 8: wrote:If you have a partner and/or any children under 18 who are living with you in the UK and who are applying for indefinite leave to remain as your dependants, this is where you give their details. “Partner” means your spouse, civil partner, unmarried or same-sex partner.
If more than 2 children are applying, please give their details on a photocopy of this page, enclose it with this form, and place the photographs in a sealed envelope attached to section 1 as instructed there. Children aged 18 or over must apply separately.
Your elder (over 18 ) child applies separately on his/her own form and pay the full 'single applicant' fee. This child will need his/her own appointment. There is some way to make his/her ILR application contigent on the outcome of your own ILR.
Your second (under 18 ) child can apply as your dependent, on the same form. YOu will be paying 1Primary+1 dependent fee on this form.

I spoke to home office and they mentioned my child above 18 yrs should also apply along with me but needs to complete a separate form SET 0 form and pay fees.
Can anyone one tell whether which one should I select and which one for child above 18 years old? Also there is another question asking how many dependants are applying along with you.It should state 2 right rather than one. Please advise
Single applicant - no dependants 1377
Main applicant and one dependant -£2066
Main applicant and two dependants -£2755

Should be two but not sure. Since you are applying in person best that you leave that field blank for now and ask the caseworker there and fill up the foeld accordingly.
