Hi,

MY first HSMP was granted from 10/01/2008 to 10/01/2010. I have entered UK on 10/01/2008 for the first time.

Later I have extended my visa on Tier1 with date of issue 11/01/2010 to valid until 11/01/2013.

When can I apply for ILR the earliest ? I am thinking to apply on 13/12/2012 or 14/12/2012 in-person. Can I apply on that day ?

The earliest you can apply is the 14th Dec.

ps: I am just wondering , have you considered my current visa expiry date or my date of arrival+1day to calculate from date.
