Hello,

I would appreciate if you can help me to understand if I would be eligible for UK PR in 2015 as per the current law.

Visa Valid From: Feb 2010
Came to UK on: 28 April 2010
Visa Type: Tier2 (Intra Company Transfer)
Salary: > £40,000

2015 is long way off....However, you should be eligible if you have lived in the UK for continuous 5 years...ie., you will need to satisfy the case worker that you haven't been away from the UK for more than 180 days in total and 90 days at a stretch.
