Folks,

I hope some of you may be able to clarify or contribute to this thread.

I am currently a work permit holder and my entry clearance was granted on the 18th January 2008.

I have a PEO appointment booked for the 20th December and I wanted to confirm that I become eligible to apply for my ILR by the 20th December?

When did you first enter UK on that WP visa?

You can take advantage of the 90 day concession. You can apply during the 28 days preceding the 5th anniversary of your WP visa stamp date.

Thanks and that is my understanding too.

However, my Naive question is, do I then qualify to make an application in person by the 20th December or is it the 21st December?
