ILR queries

hi all,
i am applying for an ILR this jan, last month i had a argument with the neighbour and police was involved, and i was taken to the police station howver they released me with no conviction and no warning and they did not proceed further as there was not enough information, however my details were taken.
1. will this affect my ILR application?
2. I have 4 parking tickets this year which i have payed, and one went to debt collection and i have paid them the amount.
3. Since i am a contractor, first six months i did not pay the salary and instead took all dividends, my accountant has said that he will reconcile the statements and will provide a letter.
Can you please advise if there is any issue here and what precautionary steps I need to take?
