Previous earning query

Hi all,
I have got queries regarding previous earnings. I am due for ILR in march 2013. My first question is: can i use earnings from Feb. 2012 to December 2012 as i will be on maternity leave from January and do not want to include earnings during my maternity period.
second question: on my Feb. 2012 payslip, i got paid my January salary in arrears. would the earning on my payslip be regarded as a month pay or two months pay?
please i will appreciate all useful clarifications.

I have read the SET 0 guidance but did not find any answer to my query. I will appreciate if anyone can be of help

@wpilr-nov12, if you have the answer to my queries it will be well appreciated if you can help rather than referring me to SET O guidance that I have read over and over again. There is nothing in the guidance that mention about receiving salary in arrears and if it will be regarded as a month or two months pay.

Re salary in arrears, better get a letter explaining this from your accountant/payroll. Should not be a problem.

I have been referring to the Form not Guidance. Page 17 and 18 has some useful information that you could use.

Sorry for the confusion.
