I am going to apply for ILR under Tier2 ICT category.
As per the SOC (2132) I required minimum of 29100/- annual salary.
My current salary is 31050/- based on 37.5 weekly hours.t
There is bit confusion about the below questions in the Set O form.


SOC code (or nearest applicable which best describes
your employment) : 2132
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice
– hourly rate or annual salary) : Per hour - What wlll be the answer for this ? 14.92 or 15.92
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice
– hourly rate or annual salary) : Per annum - What wlll be the answer for this ? 29100/- or 31050/-
Number of hours this salary is based on : 37.5?
Number of weekly hours : : 37.5?

One more question : I am working for Indian company and they have placed me at client site in UK. I am not on UK payroll.
On my employment letter (obtained for ILR) my HR has mentioned that "This is to confirm that Sree Pujari has been seconded in the UK by **** LTD from 10 Dec 2007".

Is there is any issue with Seconded word ?

One of the requirements is payslips and bank statements. Ideally both should be from UK.
