Special thanks to to all the members who have been helping out and giving useful guidance throughout Entry clearance, extension and now ILR.

My case was HSMP + Tier 1, landed in the UK after 47 days after my first entry clearance date. Holidays less than 180 days.

I had an appointment this morning at 11.00am, I was there bit early along with my family (wife and child) at around 9.45. It was a full house and as expected by 10.25 my form was validated, the payment was made by 10.35 . By 11.40 our biometrics was done. At around 12.45 PM case worker came out and said she is ok with all the documents and asked for photocopies. She said she will let us know the result in another 40mins. We went out and came back. Case worker came out and said our application is successful. I shall be receiving my biometrics card within 7-10 days of my application.

Docs I submitted as below:
•Application Form SET(O) Version 07/2012
•All Passports of Main Applicant & Dependants
•2 x Photographs of Main Applicant and each dependant (with full name on the back of each) (Make sure you got the latest ones, they check it carefully)

•13 months bank statement
•13 months pay slips
•Employment History from HMRC for 5 years
•P-60 for 5 years
•Employers reference letter

•2 x LIUK Test Certificates
•Marriage Certificate
•Birth Certificate (for child)
•Tier-1 (General) Extension Letter

(For co-existence)
•Council Tax addressed to me and my wife
•EON Electricity bill addressed to me and my wife
•Pay slips for addressed to my wife
•Tenancy agreement
•Land registry document
•Voter registration form

•Photocopies of all Documents
Put all originals together, generally case workers are interested in originals. Keep photocopies separately in same order.

Other documents in back - up which they never asked for
•Original HSMP Approval Letter
•Master’s degree (already submitted at the time of Tier-1 general extension)
•P-45s
•And some other docs which I thought might be useful.

All the best.

Best Regards

congratulations!

were you married at the time of your tier 1 extension? if yes, you must have shown your marriage certificate then as well? did your case worker need it again now for your ILR?

likewise, did the CW require your P60s? (also, did the person want to see your child's birth certificate despite... - i.e. assuming he/she was included in the tier 1 extension already?)

thanks in advance for reply.

Yes I were married at the time of extension. I have provided the marriage and birth certificates based on the experiences shared by few individuals. Some times they ask and some times they don't.
P60s are useful to show your economic activity for past five years.
