Hi All,

I am currently on Tier-1 general visa and have been trying to understand the exact rule for the ILR in this country but I am confused due to lot of rules and unable to understand my exact status. Below is the break of my in and out of UK in last 5 year and my PR is due in month of April 2013. I request you all to please help me in understanding my situtation and do let me know if I am eligable for ILR or need to go for extension. Thanks in advance.

You would get better help if you also listed the number of days away in each case. You should not expect readers to pull out their calendars and count the days for you.

And also mention the reason(s) of each absence - employment related (paid in UK), absence when on paid annual leave, other / personal reasons.

Best to wait for some more weeks, so that detailed information is available regarding changes to limit on absences being introduced from 13-Dec-12.

Hopefully, the policy guidances will be updated on / by that date and there will be clarity about how UKBA will consider absences due to different reasons.
