Just in case -- take one more proof for cohabitation. I think you need to show
evidences from more than 3 different sources

That's all more than enough. There is no requirement on the number of sources for cohab documents for SET-O applicants. However, for SET-M documents from 6 sources are required, some people use it as a guideline for SET-O which is their choice.

If you have more cohab docs just bag them in, no need to copy them. If you don't have other docs, no need to worry about it.

I would place previous home office letters in the compulsory documents as they validate your previously claimed points.

All the best :)

Always helps to carry a set of blank form, at least a few extra copies of payment form.

Also retain a copy of the completed form for your own record.

Jo1: Your case is straight forward. Nothing worries. I would say if CW not specific about any documents then only give the documents mentioned on 11A.

1. Passports
2. Pay slips.
3. Bank statements.
4. LIUK
5. Chab documents.
6. Photographs.

And keep Other documents seperate if CW asked. A letter from GP also a good cohab documents.

I think you need at least 3 different sources for the co-habitation proof and minimum 6 items.

The FAQ on this forum refers to FLR(M) regarding co-habitation proof.

Hello,

Mine is same situation as yours. Can you please confirm in which category you are applying..HSMP or Tier1?
I am bit confused what should i mention as i was initially granted HSMP for 2 years and then was granted leave for further three year under Tier 1 general.

You apply based on your current category. However you can include any previous qualifying categories to make up the continuous years.
