Hi All,

I have two questions regarding the form SET(O):

1. Section 6, Paragraph 6.3 "When did you last enter the UK?" My last return to the UK was from holiday. Is it right to give the date of return from holiday?

2. Section 10, paragraph 8. "Give details when your fingerprints were taken?". If the form asks only the date, why the provided field has two long lines and it is not a standard format for the date, like dd-mm-yyyy?

I am sure many people have completed this form. May be you can give some examples?

2. Circumstances of taking those fingerprint. My own answer was "during EC Application in MM/2007"
