hi seniors
people who have alreasdy applied for ILR and they used HSMP and TIER 1 GENERAL route will be dealt according to new policay which is going to be implemented on 13th. dec. or they will be dealt according to prevous policy specially with reference to absences.

There were lots of change happened on april 2008 and comparing that time experience I think Untill 13 Dec all application will treat with in existing rule and for postal application date will consider on posting date not the date they received the application.
