My wife joined with me Dec 2010, 2 years completed I believe now she is eligible for ILR visa.

I am planning to appply ILR visa Jan 2013 to my WIfe, currently I am holding ILR and my son have British Passport.

Does it require any maintenance fund required? If how much I need to show? My wife is not working. Can I show my fund?

Does it required 6 cohab documents? necessary?

Does any immigration rules changed for ILR visa?

Can she elegible for 2 years or does she need to wait for 5years to apply for ILR
