HI Team,

I came 2 months after my visa was stamped ,As had to serve the Notice Period Of Employer.

I have My Offer letter stating 3 Month Notice period Is required .


As m not Meeting 4 years and 11 month requirment ..LL i be able to get consession or Need to get another Visa .

If you delayed your arrival by less than three months, you can use the issue date of the visa as the start of your five year residence period.

Yes I got delayed by 2 months in arrival ,

I couldnt travel till 5 months after my visa was issued.
But during my first extension (postal), there was a delay from UKBA of more than three months, so when I run out of the extension, I would effectively have spent 4yrs 10 months, an overall shortfall of 2 months.
Can I apply straight for ILR at that time without a second extension?
