ILR for WP - ICT

Hi
I am in Work Permit ICT employ in UK.
Does ILR is point base system for Tier 2 - WP candidates also?
Can someone guide complete process and requirement in this matter please?
I am sure this must be discussed earlier also but I am new to any sch discussion and so any help, will be useful.
