I hope everyone will be fine and enjoying life.

I am living in UK on HSMP (tier 1) since 2008.
I got visa on 26/02/2008 and entered in UK on 20/04/2008.
I got Tier-1 extension in FEB-2013 and now VISA will expire on 26/02/2013.

My question is:

Can I apply for ILR by using Premium service on same day?

If you are applying on 5 yr route, and use SET O form, you can use Premium Service. 'Same Day result (approval/refusal)' is not guaranteed.

Yes, i am going for ILR from 5 yrs (2+3). I am confuse that if i am eligible to go for premium service because I got visa on 26/02/2008 and came to UK after 55 days on 20/04/2008.
I have spent almost 181 days outside UK during these 5-years including 36 days for a project on employers request with documented proof.

ur case is straight forward,consult forum members for documents preparation, 181 absenses and 55 days delayed entry are no issues, u dont need any consult. good luck

I have been married over 4 years to a British citizen and I got settlement visa (KOL REQD) in February 2012. We moved to the UK in April 2012. After 6 months of searching, I got a job in October 2012 and passed my LIUK test in October also.

I want to find out how and what is the process for me to obtain my ILR. What form should I use? What documents do I need to add? Can I post my application? What general advice do you have? Recall I was issued Settlement visa with (KOL REQD)
