set O form help filling

My question: just thinking set o for Tier 2 genaral holders is so less information to fill. I thiknig and surprise vary much. please guide me.
18-dec-2012 app booked with solihull.

WP Visa stamped: 19-Dec-2007
Entry clearance: 01-Jan-2008
Current leave category: Tier 2 general valid till Nov 2013

Hello please tell i am filling set o form correctly. Same company - working duration (4 years 11 months 11 days) in UK. Came Uk on 01-jan-2008



Section 1: (My details)

Tier 2 migrant - because i tier 2 genaral now

Life in Uk - pass both of us - originals & photo copies

Section 5: (finances/job salary)
- Soc code
- annual earnings
- salary for soc code
- weekly- 37.5 hrs
- Total hours salary is based on: 37.5*52=1950 hrs

Section 6: (immigration history)
- 5 trips to my home country each not more than 30 days (All stamps in pass port tally the dates I am giving)

Section 7: (Personal history - Criminal)
- Not applicable

Section 8:
- Photos yes for both 2 each

Section 9:
- Not applicable to me (I am Tier 2 Genaral holder)

- Biometric residence permits (we both have it)

Section 11:
- Both Old & Current Passports + BRPs (mine & wifes)
- 3 bank account statements latest - Originals
- 3 Pay slips latest - originals
- Spouse name on: Electoral rolls, rental agreements, marriage certificate, Water bills, Council tax (Not all 2 years but together these docs cover 2 years min proof of living)
--- 11 P: Becasue i am applyiung as tier 2 general holder.
- company letterhead - letter to UK ba format found in this forum. soc, salary, designation etc.
- previous work permit originals and for all prev years all P60's also available.

Looks O.K. Additional Documents I would suggest are.:-

1. Letter from Employer certifying your Pay slips(if they were computer generated)
2. Leave authorization Employer's letter
3. G.P's letter- proof of Co-hab.

But wait till a senior member responds to your message,if there are any more documents to submit or you might not need to go ahead with my suggestions..

1. My payslips will be stamped & signed by my HR
2. Not sure my employer will give
3. Found electric bills - but no gp letter imposible.
I hope it is ok. pls tell senior memnbers. thanks

i should get the employer letter for absences explianing as per the new rule 245HF specified documents for tier 2 genaral - new rule

I am in similar situation but I don't have P60 for the first year when I only worked 3 months (jan-Mar 2008). Will employer letter confirming I was an employee during that period with WP suffice?

Letter from your Employer and Pay slips for the Period you mentioned. It all depends on the Case worker. Have you been paid the salary mentioned ( P 60 not available) in the WP for the rest of the Period? As long as you can satisfy the Case worker and tell the truth all times. Good Luck with your ILR,
