Hi All

I am preparing for my ILR application and had a query regarding my first year in the UK.

Even though I came to UK on Feb 2008 on WP, but I got into UK payroll only on Dec 2008. This is reflected in the payslips and P60.

For the period between Feb to Dec, I was with the same company but was paid allowance here and payroll in a different country

Does this impact my ILR application in any way? Do I need to provide any extra documentation?

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi,

It might help if you can specify your visa category under which you are planning to apply for ILR.

Assuming you are on Tier1 G it won't have any impact.

I am under the WP category - with intra company transfer back in 2008

Any ideas?
