Hi all,

I need guidance on my visa status. My husband got his ILR this dec (5 yr WP + 1 yr tier2). I am on a tier 2 dependent visa valid till Jan 2014. I entered UK on 4 Mar'11.

My question is that can I just wait till march on the same visa and apply for my ILR once I complete 2 years in UK?

Which form will I have to use in this case? As I am not on FLR will SET (m) form be valid for me or will have to use SET(O)

Thank you for the link. Another question was that which form will I need to use. Because to my understanding I cannot apply using SET (M) as I am on PBS dependent visa. Please correct me if I am wrong

Can anyone suggest that which form I need to use as a PBS dependent applying for ILR?
