First I would like to know address proofs accepted for dependant ILR cohabitation.
Did any one had experience from getting previous utility bills or council bills? If so what is the procedure to get bills in past few years before.
Do nhs give any evidence showing that we are treated for delivery.

If so what is the procedure to get bills in past few years before.Just contact the issuing company/agency/council.

Do nhs give any evidence showing that we are treated for delivery.Yes. It should be given to you at time of discharge post delivery.
