I have a query regarding applying for ILR in UK. My visa dates are as below

HSMP Visa valid from: 02nd May, 2008

Entered UK on: 19th July, 2008 (approximately after 78 days )

Tier1 Visa extended from 02nd May, 2010

Tier1 Visa valid till: 02nd May, 2013

Please let me know whether I would be eligible to apply ILR in person

from 04th April, 2013 onwards or not.

Kindly let me know if I need to go for another tier1 extension or I

can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (settlement) visa. As I came

to know that you can apply for ILR if the difference between your

first valid visa date(02nd May, 2008) and date of entry into UK (19th

July, 2008) is not longer than 3 months or 90 days.

Kindly clarify. Awaiting for your response.

A bit more patience would be something to think about. I.e. allow more than 25 mins to get a response. You will be eligible to apply upto 28 days before 02 May 2013. You don't require another T1G extension.
