Hi Everyone
I am on tier 2 workpermit with same employer from last5 yrs.My ILR due in march .Due to my profession i was travling lot on business tours .According to new rules now how does 180 days out effects.If i calculate from from 2008 till 2013 i am out from country more then 530 days.But only one year is more then 180 days ,its 190 all togther but all were business trips for company and company is ready to provide supporting documents for that.My question is in these 190 days i have to include my annual hoildays as well ? can i still be able to get ilr ? or i have to wait for another year.

i know but in old post if see i have posted 2018 instead of 2008 thats why i posted it again.
