NEED HELP ON ILR APPLICATION

HI All
i am having ILR appointment due in jan2013 , can any one please answer to few questions regarding this.
my current visa - Tier 1 (gen) jan2010- feb2013
previously on- HSMP from 2008-2010
1. i have spent 230 days outside UK over 5 years, which includes 180 annual paid leaves , not more than 90 consecutive days in a single year, is this a overspent or with in the guidelines ? do i have to provide employer letter for those paid and unpaid annual leaves ?
2. for my previous Tier 1 (gen)extension i have shown £ 20,000 P.A income ,so do i qualify for that similar amount of income for ILR ?
3. what documents i have to carry with me is there any documents check list ?
