wanted to check the ILR eligibility with work permit & T

Can you please advise whether i am eligible to apply for ILR. There is a gap in visa application from 14/03/2008 till 21/04/2008. My company applied for work permit extension but it looks like they delayed the visa application
1. Entry Clearance- work permit visa
14/03/2006 to 14/03/2008
UK Entry on 23/01/2008
2. Work Permit extension letter from Company was provided on 10/04/2008 ( my assumption was company applied the entry clerance at the same time)
3. 1st Work Permit Visa Extension ( applied by Company)
applied 21/04/2008 - granted 19/05/2008
4. Tier 1 application (Personal)
applied 11/06/2008 - granted 24/07/2008
expiry- 24/07/2011
5. Tier 1 extension
applied 21/06/2011 - granted 14/07/2011
expiry 24/07/2013
