I heard that UKBA has stopped taking application for premium service those who apply for settlement through 10 years long time living route. Can anybody confirm me about this true or not? PLEASE REPLY IF YOU DEFINATELY OR PLEASE PROVIDE ME DIRECT NUMBER OF HOME OFFICE.

Yes, you cannot apply in person at a PEO, if you are applying for ILR under the 10 year route.
