Sanity check for 13th Feb PEO @ Croydon

Sanity check for 13th Feb PEO @ Croydon

Hello folks - please could somebody do a sanity check on my ILR Application (applying for self and spouse) and comment on my chances of success especially with the rule changes on 13th Dec. I previously applied for ILR in Solihull on 5th Oct but I was asked to convert my application to Postal because they couldn't decide on the same day for a paid business trip > 90 days outside UK (I have a paid business trip to India for 125 continuous days). So, I decided to wait till 10th Feb'2013 by which time I would've surpassed that period. Now I have taken a PEO @ Croydon.

Questions
1. What are my chances of success bearing in mind the absences.
2. Is my application straightforward? I hope it's not complex though in terms of absences / 2nd PEO / documents?
3. I chose Croydon because I've heard that senior case workers operate from there and Solihull might not be the right choice for complicated cases although money wise Solihull is the right choice. Any comments in relation to Q2?

VISA status
1. Date of 1st Entry: 16th Apr'07 on Work Permit.
2. 1st extension in Apr'09 for 2 years converted to ICT Tier 2.
3. 2nd extension in Apr'11 for 2 years.
4. Present VISA status is Tier 2 ICT, visa valid till Apr'13

Qualifying Period of 5 yrs
1. Feb'08 - Jan'09
2. Feb'09 - Jan'10
3. Feb'10 - Jan'11
4. Feb'11 - Jan'12
5. Jan'12 - Feb'13

Total Absences:
1. Unpaid visits/days outside UK: 0
2. 1 Paid business trip outside UK: 125 days continuous [7th Oct'07 - 10th Feb'08]
3. Other Annual leaves totalling: 179 days
4. Total absences in 5 years: 304 days

Documents
1. Passports + Resident Permit (for self and spouse)
2. Original WP + CoS (+accompanying Home Office letter) for 2009 + CoS(+accompanying Home Office letter) for 2011
3. P60 for all 5 years
4. KOL pass test certificates
5. Letter from the employer
6. Employer verification of paid business trip outside UK (although I don't think this is required now as my business trip was from Oct'07 - Feb'08. This would now fall outside my current 5 yrs calculated backwards)
7. Salary slips + Bank statements for all leaves.
8. Last 12 months bank statement
9. Last 12 months salary slips
10. Proof of cohabilitation (Last 3 yrs Council Tax + Rent agreement of 2008-09)
11. 1 photocopy of all original documents
