Hi

My Tier 1 General Leave is going to expire on 17 May 2013. I like to apply for ILR for Myself, Wife and my son

I have completed five years and my son was born here and thats not a issue. But my wife is Tier 1 General dependant and her visa expires at the same time. At the time of expiry she will be two months short for ILR as dependant.

Solicitor is saying that if I apply through postal application she would also be granted ILR. Is this possible? Any advice on this will be much appreciated.

Also, any one of you know good immigration advisors let me know
