Calculating 24 months of conviction

Dear All,
I would like to know the date of counting for the Traffic offences .
I would like to know is the date is from the offence date or from the date of conviction ? for counting 24 months . because mine was happend LC20 on 6th of Jan 2011 offence date ,
7 August 2011 on conviction date .
This helps for me lot in applying ILR on this month end .

Dear Sir ,
Thank you very mcuh , I am applying for the ILR on Jan with the drving offence LC20 ,6 Point on driving Liecses and 100£ fine .
Is it ok ? , I have convicted date as 09/08/2011 .
Please advise . Rest all is ok with earnings , absenses ( 55days in total 5 years ). I am in Tier1 categeory .

I would advise to wait until you clear 24 months from the date of conviction as your application falls for refusal if you have unspent conviction. Wish you all the best.

As my Tier1 visa is ending on Feb 20th next month , First i will try with the ILR,If its through its ok, otherwise I will take an extension and then apply for the ILR . Thanks for your advise .

Best Regards, ok if you are going to give it a shot the try at solihull PEO as they do not take payment if your case is not going to be successful as per the information provided by fellow forum members.

did u get those points n fine through the court...? and also ru planing to disclose it or not in ur form as per my assumption it says in the form that FPN are not to be disclosed.......

Yes I Received from the court the points and fine .
I will declare in the form . I feel that if any penalty
Notice if we receive only once in a four year then they
may consider .
