Just observed some Minor cosmetic changes in SET (O) form Version 12/12

Ex: they have corrected serial numbers in section 6,

Before: 6.1, 6.2.6.3, 6.3, 6.4.....etc
Now: 6.1, 6.2.6.3, 6.4, 6.5..... etc

1. Have anyone seen any other difference?
2. I have filled form 1 week back; do I need to fill again new one?

Taken pritout of form..need to check at weekend

Thanks for bringing the change to our attention. I too will take a look at it during the weekend. I suspect the changes will be just cosmetic and corrections.

the changes are in the section 6 but also it asks for proofs for absences or time spent outside the UK and also there's a section to mention any reasons for the absence

I submitted the new form today (in person) and got the approval. i didnt give any proof for 'Holidays' taken but I attached daughter's birth certificate when I travelled when my daughter was born

we are talking about changes (minor) again in new form

Where did you see that? They have amended numbering of questions in Section 6 and corrected typo in Section 7 (6A->7).

I think 6.3 was twice and ended in 6.7. now it has been corrected and ends on 6.8
