I have been a regular reader @ this forum and really thanks to all the members here who posted their experiences to guide others.
Below is my experience.
The appointment was on 3rd Jan 2012, 2 dependent & spouse.
I was on HSMP & Tier1 and the appointment was 14 days before completing 5 years.
The appointment was at 9:20am reached their 20 mins early.

ILR application was approved on the new SET(O) form version 12/2012

Documents submitted:
1) 12 months Bank statements
2) 12 months salary slips
3) Employer’s Letter (they kept the Original letter didn’t return)
4) Original Degree certificate (though not required)
6) Photos
7) 5 years P60’s
Absence sheet (only 35 ExUK holidays in the last 5 years)
9) Proof of maintenance funds (though not required)
10) Cohabitation proof, council tax , NHS letters etc; Bank letters
Previous Tier1 Approval letter

Fee payment and Biometrics were done by 1100
CW called @ 1150 and as soon as they took my papers they shut the window and went for lunch break.
Case approved @ 1415
BRP received today

Overall pretty smooth going and not a bad experience.

Congrat's bouqet777! Which PEO was it, that you went to? A couple of questions, were the documents you submitted requested by the caseworker, or did you simply supply what you had with you? Additionally what was your employer letter for, was it just to confirm your current employment or for something else?

Congrats ... Did they ask any query regarding your wife's stay in uk? As there is no section in form where you have to mention spouse's total stay in uk.

I took whatever I had. Employer letter was standard which mentioned my total pay & benefits plus that none of my absence was unpaid and that my job is perm in nature.

Also I submitted photocopies of all the docs .

Congrats ... Did they ask any query regarding your wife's stay in uk? As there is no section in form where you have to mention spouse's total stay in uk.

No questions asked. I think they do that check once information is keyed in the system before Biometrics.

1- Could you please advise on booking your appointment with 2 dependents.
2- what is the expiry date of your visa and the 5th anniversary date?

@stokbrig - It took me atleast two weeks of hardwork to get appointment....one just needs to be patient.
Visa expiry was mid February (my initial application was in-country and on my FLR they gave me visa for little over 3 years).

I claimed 75 points. I didn't get any points for age as i was over 32 when i applied initially.

I presume you submitted everything you took with you, as the case worker didn't ask you for specific documents. Thanks for confirming.
