Hi guys,

Just need help with Age assessment:

My scenario is as follows:

Hsmp stamp was issued in feb 2008
Tier 1 General stamp was issued in March 2010

Section 9c of the Set (O) form states: "Please tick the relevant box to confirm the points you are claiming on the basis of your age at application for your first grant of leave in a relevant route:

Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had, leave as a W riter, Com-
poser or Artist, self employed Lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (general) Migrant under the rules in place
before 6 April 2010"

Am i right in saying that my age will be age as at Feb 2008 and not March 2010?

That's true because HSMP was your initial grant.

Similar to Bildor's case, but I entered UK on Work Permit:

Work Permit stamped: 14-May-2007
Entered UK: 09-Sep-2007
Tier (1) General stamped: 12-June-2008

So my age will be as of June 2008? OR age at the time of ILR application?

Thanks

you will get points for the age , same as the time of the initial grant hsmp or tier1.
