Please can someone clarify if i'm still eligible to points for age.

my scenario is 2yrs HSMP and 3yrs Tier 1. i claimed 10 point for age during my tier 1 application 3yrs ago but i'm 33 yrs now which means i can't claim point on age, base on my current age. my question is i'm still eligible to claim point again base on my last tier 1 application 3yrs ago or is it going to be my current age.
