I am due for ILR next month as a Tier 1 (General) migrant. I have total 137 days out of UK, none exceeding 30 days. Do I need to mention 2.5 days compassionate leave due to Father's Death?

No harm in including that. Did you mean 25 days?

Thanx for your reply
I was away for five days only and 2 and a half days were considered as compassionate leave by my employer, the remaining 2 and a half days were regarded as annual leave

You haven't amassed enough absences to worry so much. If you are so worried just write a one page personal letter explaining your absences without getting into the compassionate discussion.

You need to mention ALL absences, no matter how short they are. However, you don't need any substantiating letters.

Can the absence for child's birth considered as compassionate leave?
