10 years long residencce -SET(O) Section 5 and 7.11

Dear all,
Could you please confirm me, as I applying 10 years long residence category, I don't need to fill up section 5 (Your Home and Finance Section).
Am i right?
Section 7.11 How long have you lived in UK?
I am applying about 24 days before of completing my 10 years. Though I have visa to complete whole 10 years period.
What should I write on box of Year and Month?
