I am due for My ILR in April 2013,as a Work Permit Holder.

Please be good enough to clarify my doubt.

As per New SET (o) form - Documents confirming that you were in Employment for which a Work permit was issuede,through out the period concerned.

If I produce 5year P60s/Employment History are sufficient or are they expectng some other documents too.(In addition to the P60s)

1. Your employer letter (mentioning the SOC code etc) should be issued by the same employer in your WP.

2. P60 etc is sufficient.
