Hi Guys,

I am applying for my ILR application early March and i would like to get some points clear please.

I came in the UK under HSMP visa and then Tier 1 general extension.
I got my initial visa with start date 10/03/2008, I entered the UK on the 29/03/2008. My current visa will expire on the 23/03/2013

My questions are:

1) I will apply early March (around 11 or 12 of March), however the last payslip i would have will be with date 31/01/2013, is it ok or it is too old (as i heard some people say the last payslip should be 1 month old from the application date.)?

2) If possible, can you please pass to me a link where i can calculate my points and see how many one i can get?

Many thanks for your great help and support.

1) You will find the requirement you have quoted not applicable to Tier 1 General applicants, if you read the SET(O) form and guidance carefully.
2) http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator

Thank you so much for the reply. Apologies for my lack of understanding your point 1, can you please explain to me what do you mean?

Many thanks,

What I meant, was that, there is no such requirement for Tier 1 General Migrants. And that if you read the SET(O) form and guidance carefully you will find this out yourself.

Please read the application form & guidance, as what is required will vary based on the immigration category you are applying for ILR under.
