My case..
My first HSMP Visa start - 17/04/2008
First UK Entry - 14/05/2008
Tier-1 (Gen) Extn in 2010
UK Visa expiry - 17/04/2013
5 Year completion from first entry - 14/05/2013
As per information I have..
Earlist I could apply for ILR is around March 20th.
Can I go ahead and attend Life in the UK test now..?? from this forum
From Q23 - When can I take Life in UK test?
Life in the UK test can be taken at any time prior to applying for ILR
Can any one confirm this is correct..? Thanks.
