Hi Everyone;

Just a bit confused with the forms for my wife;

I got my HSMP in Feb, 2008 and then extended for 3 years in Feb, 2010 which was automaticaly switchedin to Tier 1; I recently married and I have sponsored my wife as Tier 1 Dependent and she got her visa in Feb, 2012 but she entered in the UK in May, 2012; now my and her visa is going to expire in 16, Feb, 2013; as far as I know abt myself I am applying for ILR and using SET(O) form but I am not sure abt my wife ; can I include her in my application or which form exactly I have to use for her because she is not meeting the criteria of 2 years; if I apply for her separately then which form I have to submit for her SET(M) or PBS (Dependent)
