Hi all,

May be someone who has already got a PEO appointment with wife and kids can help on this.

My query is on the details of self and dependents need to be filled once you find an available slot. Would appreciate if any of the members who have booked the appointment can help with this request. Also, do you need to fill the SET (O) form online to book an appointment.

My ILR is due in few months time, but I am just getting prepared.

First you create an account at the UKBA website.

Booking appointments - asks you what application it is for, premium or not (yes), how many dependents.

Next, you select three location, but you can leave the date fields blank. Then you will be shown a list of availabilities, you pick one, and the next screen you enter details- all applicant names and dob.

I did not had reached that stage, but just worried they may ask to BPR number, BPR validity dates, passport no, date of issue, date of expiry, etc. as these will take lot of time and I will miss the tiniest window available to book appointment.

However, you are answer clarifies this and if just names and date of births are to be filled that should be quick even for three dependents (in my case).
