Hi check me please, my douments list for 10yrs Ilr I am just keeping only mandatory documents
1. APPLIC.FORUM
2.My old & new passports
3.BRP Card
4. Life in the uk test pass certificate
5. 2 passport size photographs
6. SET (O) VER 12/12 Application forum
7.May be I am thinking to include my last 3 months payslips & last 1 month bank statement(I think these are not mandatory at the momemnt my mind 50-50 to incude this or not) please kindly advice on this

8.Covering letter with my SAR Acknowledgement ref.no as I applied 50days before I am waiting for it.

No abscence I just requested SAR for safe side
Yes I will include all photocopies of originals and I will keep application forum photocopy for my reference

Do I have to include application photocopy aswell along with original application forum

1. You don't have to include a photocopy of the form itself.
2. Your additional document requirements are listed under 11S (page 50) of current SET O form. Payslips are not mentioned there.
