I have a PEO application at Croydon next week.
I am applying for settlement as a spouse - SET (M).
My wife is British, I just want to know if she needs to be present when I apply in person?

Yes your wife should attend with you. However, if she really can't then she must write a supporting letter for your application signed with a contact telephone if they need to call her. She must also sign the set(m) form.
