I came on Tier-2 in 2008. My wife came few months after me as my dependent.

1. Then she switched to her own Tier-1 in 2010.
2. I switched to my own Tier-1 in 2010.

So when i am applying ILR now, can my wife apply for ILR as my dependent?

I tried reading in UKBA site but as always it is bit confusing. Hope some one can answer me. Thanks for your time.

For your wife to apply for ILR as your dependent (applying together with you), she would currently have to be on dependent visa, not her own T1.
