Which dependent form do i need to fill while applying ILR using SET(O) form for the main applicant?

Dependants apply on the same (meaning not a separate) form; there are pages for their specific details.

Once i apply for my ILR and get my ILR approved, how long do i then need to wait to get my daughter's british passport, through MN1 route, as she is born in the UK?
