I had got my ILR today . I was under typical case of single absence of more than 90 day on business trip but less than 180 days . since the change in rule in December 2012 caseworker told in first look you should be fine under new rule.

I had provided letter from employer justifying the absence

Can you please provide the basic format of the letter from the employer justifying your absence?

If you could have shared your employer letter it would be helpful. You can cross name or company etc if that is worry in posting here.

Also, could you please let me what visa you had during the absence.
