Wife ILR based on Part 8- Family members 287(a)(i)(d).

Can some one please confirm whether My wife is eligible for ILR now.
My wife entered the UK as a spouse of PSW in Nov 2010.Then She changed to Tier 4 as dependent wife in sept 2011 and again changed to Spouse visa (FLM) in may 2012.
I changed from PSW (tier 1) to Tier 4 and then granted ILR in Feb 2012 based on 10 year long residence.
I think my wife qualifies for ilr based on Part 8 - Family members 287(a)(i)(d).
