Documents Checklist - please comment

HSMP + Tier 1 General
Myself + 1 dependant
not including any cover letter.
59 absences in total (40+19) - all annual paid holidays.
Main documents:
================
- SET(O) application form.
- Passports (myself + dependant)
- Photographs with name on the back (myself + dependant)
- bank statement covering 12 months (in my name only)
- 12 months salary slips
- Employer letter showing earnings in the 12 month period and other details.
- LIUK pass certificates (myself + dependant)
- Previous HSMP & Tier 1 G approval letters
- Cohabitation Letters (3 sets) with a neat index page.
- Set 1: Documents with both names covering continuous period,
includes 3 years car insurance, NHS cards, Tenancy Agreement, Child's birth certificate.
- Set 2: Documents with both names individual letters/bills
includes one or two random bank statements in joint names, british gas bills, council tax letter, water bill, etc.
- Set 3: Letter having individual names but same address.
includes various letters here and there to fill gaps.
2 sets of photo copies of all of the above except application form.
Extra Documents taking with me but not submitting:

- 5 years Payslips
- HMRC tax return letter
- Holiday letter from previous employer.
- P45 part A from previous employer.
- Disclosure Scotland certificate.
- Marriage Certificate.
- Degree Certificate acquired in UK.
Am i missing anything? Any suggestions/comments?
